About Coach Timmy D
Timmy Digan started in the Health & Fitness Industry in 2009 working as a Food & Supplement Scientist. 

He soon transitioned to Personal Training after getting inspired through training with Amir Khan's team. Tim quickly realized his method of using metabolic flexibility for body transformations was not only highly effective but unique to the industry as his calendar became fully booked within the first 3 months.
This is when he started shadowing online coaching experts such as Jonathan Goodman (Online Trainers Academy) and John Berardi (Precision Nutrition) learning how to transition his skills to impact more people with online training. He opened up his own online fitness business in 2016 and grew it to 112 clients in the first year.

He then started consulting for major players in the industry (DNAfit, Rightangled, Xenovida) to help them with their client services and he loves to help people like you with body transformations.

 How does the process work? 
Complete the application questions and if your application is successful we'll schedule a call to chat in more detail. I'll suggest a strategy for you and if you're happy, you complete the payment request and I set your profile up in the live coaching system within 24hrs.
 Do I need to have gym access or fitness equipment to use the plan? 
No, because each program is written on a bespoke basis. I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you. 
 Do I really need a bespoke program? 
In my experience nothing comes close to the results from a personalized approach. Clients have come to me from app based programs, online influencer template programs, keto/fasting/paleo...the list goes on! A one-size-fits-all plan is simply not going to get you to your personal goals. 
 Why are people choosing online coaches over in person coaches? 
The cost advantages are undeniable but there are lots of reasons why the online training industry is growing so quickly. The customer is no longer tied to choosing from Personal Trainers in their local gym. You have the choice to work with anyone from around the world and find the person that best suits you. 
How soon will I start losing weight?
That's up to you. If you're willing to listen, be coached, put in the work, time and effort then you will see immediate results. My clients lose an average of at least 20 lbs in 12 weeks. So if you're willing to put in the work, you will start losing weight within the next few days.

 Will I still get results even if I don't train with you in the gym? 
Yes, you will likely get better results! Since transitioning to online training my clients have gotten better long term results. Your results don't come from the 3hrs of training together but the other 165hrs of coaching in the week. We need to make consistent progress with long term lifestlye change so you get your results and keep them. Plus exercise execution is tracked in the app via video so we are constantly tweaking your form.
What’s the commitment?
Your health and fitness journey is actually a life long commitment. But your commitment to my program is at least 90 Days. This will give us enough time to teach you everything you need to know to get life-long results.
Do I have to love to sweat and lift really heavy weights?
You don't have to love to sweat or lift really heavy weights. But you do have to do some form of resistance or strength training so that you build lean muscle. This way we challenge your body to shred body fat and build muscle simultaneously. 
How will I get support?
We will be in communication daily and/or weekly and I will know how your workouts and nutrition are going through the mobile app. You will also be completing weigh ins, weekly progress photos and weekly updates  for me to track your progress and answer any questions you have. Plus you can also book 1-1 "unstuck" calls with me if you have particular challenges that need addressing together. 
Is the program a crash diet?
No, the aim of the program is to give you an athletic look. The goal is to keep eating as much as possible while your fat mass disappears
What happens after the program?
I will give you feedback on your body type and how you can improve it yourself. This program is an educational fitness program with the goal of giving you GUARANTEED results whilst teaching you how to maintain them for the rest of your life
How is this different to any other program?
This coaching program utilizes my unique metabolic carb cycling with failure block training challenges. This means you stimulate lean mass gains along with burning maximum body fat for life changing results!
What does your program teach?
We teach life long sustainability. The reason you cannot stick to "diets" is because there is a start and end date. It's not something sustainable that you can do for the rest of your life. We will teach you EVERYTHING you need to know about nutrition and training so that after your program ends you will not need another program ever again. We take out all the guesswork with our simple, done-for-you nutrition plans and workout programs.
Does the program work for day and night shifts?
Yes, the schedules are adapted to your lifestyle. Day and night shifts do not have to have an adverse effect on the result, of course this is taken into account when drawing up the schedules.
Can I still enjoy holidays?
Yes, separate strategies will be applied for these trips that will allow you to enjoy your vacations and still make progress.
How do you help me personally?
In addition to the personal check ins every week where we review your progress we have 1-1 unstuck calls so you're never left wondering what to do. 
I can't bring tupperware containers to work?
Don't worry the coaching is based on macronutrients. This means you are not obliged to eat one product. This makes it possible to eat 'normal' food and still get results.
Do I get a clear step by step plan?
Yes, there is a clear plan on the elite coaching program and you will get clear personal goals with the strategy to achieve them.
 Do you help me with my medical conditions / injuries?
 As this is an online service I’m not in a position to diagnose injuries. I would advise that you get in person advice on any injuries before starting your training program. 
  I have never hired a fitness coach and it’s intimidating. Shouldn’t I make some progress on my own first?
How has trying to make some progress on your own worked for you so far? How far has that gotten you? You can do it on your own, but wouldn't you want to learn everything you need to know in 90 days vs spending years on your own trying to figure it out? How much is it worth to you to learn how to get there faster and get it right the first time?
Can I still have dinner with family and friends?
Yes, the most important thing for success is being able to maintain the program so you'll learn how to maintain progress and live "normally" too.
I don't know all exercises by name, how do I solve that?
On the program you will be using the exclusive Timmy Digan Fitness Coaching app. The app which works on Apple or Android contains the whole workout system, customized for you with a full video for every exercise showing you how too perform the movement.
  What if there is an exercise I can’t do or doesn’t feel good?
That shouldn't happen because during our onboarding call we will find out what exercise feels good for you and what doesn't. If for whatever reason something like that comes up then let me know and we will change the exercise for you.
  What if I have food allergies? Will you force me to eat what’s on your meal plan?
Nope, the nutrition plan is totally customisable. You eat what you want. You just follow my guidelines.
How much do I need to set aside for food shopping and supplements?
No more than you already are spending. In fact I'm going to save you money with the nutrition plan.
Can I still have a drink at the weekend?
Of course!
